How to disable and enable Opto assessment process (iPad and QR Code)

In this video, you will receive an overview of how to disable and enable the Opto assessment process in the ED admin panel.

This process will deactivate the iPads and QR codes available at the front door of your emergency department.

  1. First, log in to the ED admin panel
  2. In the left-hand menu of options, select device lists

Above the list of devices, you will see on the right-hand side a standby-mode indicator and on/off switch.

If standby-mode is set to off, the Opto assessment process is ongoing.

If you enable standby-mode, the Opto assessment processes. iPads and QR codes will stop working until standby-mode is disabled. Disabling standby-mode will reactivate the Opto assessment process as normal.

When enabling or disabling standby-mode, you be shown a confirmation dialog box asking you if you wish to confirm your choice.
