Public Health Questions Function

This video provides an overview of how to switch off and on the public health questions available to your patients as they arrive in your emergency department. These questions have been preset and can be switched off and on at any time.

1. First, log in to the ED admin panel
2. In the left-hand menu of options, select Public Health Questions

You will be shown a list of available public health questions for first person, proxy, and pediatric patients. In the middle of your screen you will see a status column, showing an on/off button for each question, which will allow you to enable and disable individual public health questions available to patients. When enabling or disabling a public health question, you will be shown a popup confirmation message at the top right of the window.

When switching any question on or off, please ensure you check the proxy and pediatric tabs also.
